Shot in Venice, California, and featuring the gritty photography of Kenneth Cappello, Stussy‘s Spring/Summer 2013 campaign alludes to an older era in the coastal city’s history. The new campaign was styled by Tom Guinness and with images of “real heads chillin’ and skating those legendary streets,” hearkens back to Stussy’s own OG streetwear roots on the West Coast. The collection itself, meanwhile, is a blend of laid-back sportswear and street staples — varsity jackets, hoodies, bucket hats and graphic tees — infused with a decidedly Californian sensibility.
