Mercedes-Benz is combining two classes of vehicle to make a new model, the 2016 GLE Coupé. The sporty nature of a coupé dominates, with the characteristics of an SUV. With its flowing contour, elongated and low greenhouse, the GLE Coupé cites styling features typical of sporty Mercedes-Benz models. The GLE Coupé will be available as a diesel or petrol model with an output range of between 258 hp and 367 hp. The top-of-the-range model GLE 450 AMG, the first representative of a new Mercedes-AMG product line – the AMG sports models – is particularly attractive and can be seen above. In addition to the generous amount of standard equipment, the GLE 450 AMG always comes with the 9G-TRONIC nine-speed automatic transmission and 4MATIC permanent all-wheel drive.
