Specifically built for Matt Vandivort of Team Six Cycle-RK&O, Brooklyn-based Coarse Fabrication has designed a cyclocross frame with illustrations inspired by Keith Haring’s iconic work. The frame is constructed from a mixture of True Temper and Columbus tubes, with the more aggressive nature of single track riding in mind. Sliding/replaceable dropouts from Paragon Machine Works were used to to have the option to run single speed, along with the other convenient design features that the dropouts boast such as integrated chain tensioners, and wheelbase/tire clearance adjustments. Additionally, a 44mm head tube was used to allow for the tapered Columbus Mud Disc fork. Furthermore, all cable guides are internal, and were designed around the routing of the SRAM CX-1 group. |
