James Gunn 已正式公布下一部「超人 Superman」电影：《Man of Tomorrow》。这位导演兼 DC Studios 掌舵人透过 Instagram 公布消息，并晒出由 DC Comics 总裁兼画师 Jim Lee 绘制、让 Superman 与 Lex Luthor 同框的插图，贴文写道：「Man of Tomorrow. In theatres July 9, 2027。」更多细节有待官方释出。《Man of Tomorrow》将延续今年 7 月上映的《Superman》，该片由 David Corenswet 首次饰演超人，并由 Rachel Brosnahan 诠释 Lois Lane、Nicholas Hoult 饰演 Lex Luthor。《Man of Tomorrow》确定于 2027 年 7 月 9 日上画。
